Kolus is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup that is revolutionizing remote technical assistance for manufacturers, allowing them to increase their productivity and reduce their carbon footprint. Our mission is to transform remote technical assistance by offering an innovative platform that allows manufacturers to assist their technicians and customers to quickly solve technical problems, no matter where they are located. In 12 months, we went from 2 to 12 employees (+150% annual growth) and raised funds with investors who support us in our vision. We have already collaborated with more than 150 companies around the world, including big names such as Liebherr, Veolia, Eiffage, or Vinci. In addition, we are actively developing new functionalities based on Artificial Intelligence to remain at the forefront of innovation in our sector. Visio-assistance, intelligence artificielle et intégration aux ERP : nous aidons les services techniques et supports à gagner en efficacité, traçabilité et satisfaction client. En 18 mois, nous sommes passés de 2 à 13 collaborateurs (+130% de croissance annuelle) et nous avons lever des fonds avec des investisseurs qui nous soutiennent dans notre vision.Nous avons déjà travaillé avec près de 200 entreprises à travers le monde, dont des grands noms tels que Liebherr, Véolia, Eiffage ou Vinci.

Votre mission

You join a dynamic and ambitious team, in direct contact with the founders. Your objective: to contribute to the growth of Kolus by supporting our Sales & Growth efforts. You learn everything, you learn quickly, and you take concrete responsibilities. You are looking for an apprenticeship of 12 to 24 months starting between June and September 2025, with real responsibilities and a rapid increase in skills.

Vos principales missions incluront

  • Participate in the growth marketing strategy
  • Qualifying leads and enriching our prospect base
  • Conduct multi-channel prospecting campaigns (LinkedIn, email...)
  • Prospecting (be careful, we do a lot of them)
  • Update and organize CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Participate in the analysis of campaign performance
  • And gradually... conduct commercial meetings and participate in the closing

Profil recherché

  • You have a commercial fiber natural: you like to discuss, understand needs, convince
  • You are comfortable Written as well as spoken
  • You already put One foot in the world of commerce (internship, work-study program, student job)
  • You are curious, motivated, resourceful.
